Enquiries and counselling sessions requested through this website are free of charge, so no refund applies to them.

2. Paid services

Where a paid service is agreed in writing (for example, an application or processing service), the refund terms of that specific agreement apply and will be shared with you before any payment.

3. Third-party fees

Fees paid directly to universities, government bodies, visa authorities, or testing agencies are governed by their own refund rules. We do not control and cannot refund those amounts.

4. How to request a refund
